June 2019 inland spousal sponsorship applicant here...currently at the background check stage (since end of November). Medicals were passed but status hasn’t changed since.
Was wondering if anyone has a similar situation...

Hello, everyone. For those who have completed medicals, could you please recommend a panel physician in Cairo who can deliver the PA's medical results electronically to CIC? Could you also please share how much the physician charges for the medical exam? Thank you kindly.

1. Application received: 3rd Jan 2020
2. ECAS in process: 25th Jan 2020 (22 days after application received)
3. AOR 1: 25th Jan 2020 (22 days after app. received)
4. BM requested: 20th Feb 2020 (48 days after app. received)
5. BM completed: 23th Feb 2020 (51 days after app. received)
6. SA: 21ST Feb 2020 (49 days after app. received)
7. File moved to VO Cairo: 26th Feb 2020 (54 days after app. received)

I did mine on Anglo American hospital and it was smooth but it takes from me two days as I did the X-Ray in day and blood test another day , for the fees it was 1500 EGP , their address as following:

I am sponsoring my wife and my dependant child. we are waiting for their passports request. But 2 weeks ago, my wife received an email from Cairo visa office that they tried to reach me "sponsor" by phone. I tried several times to contact them but I failed as they didn't answer either phone or email.
How can I contact them ? ( I am in Canada)
Does anyone has the same experience ?

Obviously, through WebForm the only reliable way of connection with this freakin VO. WebForm is suitable.
I contacted them by email cairoimmigration@international.gc.ca and they replied also you can contact them through webform

any update from cairo visa office, my file received may 30 2019, transferred August 14 2019 and no word since, got my csq on February 20 2020, i tried to contact them so many times but they don't respond is that normal?

That is an awfully long time to be waiting clueless. I hope you hear from them soon. Cairo VO sure sounds slow and disappointing. My file just got transferred there last week.
Our file is in cairo since april 2019...but its started since july 2018.. so we're now on our 20 months processing
But I hope it won't be that long for anyone tho
My gosh! I'm so sorry to hear that. But why do they even need that much time to process an application? 20 months and still counting sounds way too long.
