i have applied for caips notes after my refusal, it takes about 5 weeks to process, after 3 weeks cic asked for new consent form, i did send, i want to know will my 5 week time start again after new consent form.......?

you got to wait for the CAIPS to come in your hands only then you can decide your next move. till then have patience (know it's hard, but do u have an option). in the mean time, if you could share your complete profile, where you applied from?

my graduation %age is low but according to me it wasn't the only reason behind refusal, but i guess i chose the wrong course
10th 72%
12th 60%
b.a. 49%(panjab uni)
ielts 6.5
program chose- early childhood education(ece)
refusal reason as per refusal letter- proposed program not reasonable in light of past studies , academic score and language ability.
ece is course related to foster homing and primary teaching, some consultant told me that i chose the real wrong course .
i want you guys also to help me and choose right course for sept session. plzzzzzzzzzz reply guys

10th 12th seems okay, grad marks are less. This also disqualifies you from applying under SPP. For ECE (Early Child) program, Minimum bands required are 7.0 no band less than 6.5. However, some colleges do offer letter with 6.5 with no band less than 6. Did you attach reference letters from your university or college with your application (from your last college/uni)?

How much did you score in English in B.A and any backlogs. Do you possess any work experience? when did you complete your graduation?
please expand your IELTS score as well.

your selection of course doesn't seem to be odd. However, your IELTS does, though Humber might have issued you LOA but it's not just LOA that you need, you need to satisfy VO as well. Now could you please also share if Humber issued you LOA (which says under SPP) or not?

In my personal opinion, your grad marks and IELTS score seems to be an issue here. Anyway you got to wait for CAIPS notes now and then finally you will be able to know why they rejected your study permit.

you didn't answer my question, doesn't LOA say SPP anywhere on it?

actually their was nothing as such mentioned in LOA , spp or general

which means it was general... it's mentioned as SPP only when it's under SPP otherwise no info. Thanks for the update.
