Did you get request from Ottawa?? Also would you share if you are outside Canada and your landing is pending or not, please..?

I got passport request on Aug 14, 2013.
Applied in July 2010. Medical submitted in may 2013.

The CIC is so stupid if they are decided to finish FSW2,3 before they got hands on FSW1.. there are still tons of FSW2&3 but god forgive only small amount of FSW1 like me is still desperately waiting for a word from CIC, this is so unfair!

In a public forum like this, you need to learn how to restrain yourself. Could this be the reason why you haven't heard from CIC?

there are about 4000 FSW2&FSW3 cases in ottawa. and about 100 FSW1 cases in Ottawa

My File # is still the same starts with B**. As for reply,there is no reply from NW. I even sent some general inquiries to NW on general inquiry email Id but no reply also.... it seems whole office is on strike...... If you can approach MP, then this is the only option I guess.

No matter how bad you may be feeling about the delay in the processing of your applications, on no account should you use such an unprintable adjective like s***id on anyone, particularly an institution. We have to believe them that CIC crew are working hard to get applications processed. We are just unfortunate to belong to the category that has less priority. Don't also forget that becoming a permanent resident is not a right...it is just a privilege.

to become a permanent resident. It is only a time problem, we will get medical requirement in 2014.

Hi All, as I see some people here, with timelines similar or later than mine, got alrerady some action going on (At least Meds request).
I haven't gotten any feedback since the file had been transferred from Buffalo to Ottawa last yr. Is this something to worry about?

When i got in touch with Ottawa, the response included FID6939239 as a reference in the subject of the email. anyone knows what that refers to?

I suspect that the number is your new file number. At least this shows some progress on your file.

Hi guys congratulations to everyone who received PPR... I did my medicals July 27,2013 I have 2 weeks more before one month from medicals...

For the people who are asking how long you need to wait for medical request after sending documents, in my case it's 3 weeks... I sent it June 29 and receive medicals July 23 together with RPRF and photocopy of passports

I paid my RPRF thru online and my visa officer is SN6164

Hi, I have the same visa officer, I did medical on July 4th.

Did they ask you to pay RPRF? They did not ask me yet!
I hope we all hear from him/her very soon

Who is your case officer? I submitted my updated documents on 15 July and received MR and RPRF on 23rd July. Good luck to you
