hi, guys, I asked my Agent to send an email to Buffalo office to check my Status, and the following is the reply:

Your application is in process. We are unable to provide a date when the processing of your application will be complete.

But I check my E-cas status is still "received by visa office", are there any one has the same situation? Does it mean My application now is "In Process" and I am waiting for the Medical now?

It is more than 6 months since I have received my 2nd AOR and have not heard back from the buffalo VO, so I am planing to send a case specific inquiry.

I think, applications are processing in the order based on File Transfer date.

My File is Transferred to Buffalo office on 15th Feb 2010.

yup, mine is the same day 10Mar 2010 as yours, so i think we will receive our medical together, ;D. and CIC received my application on 15Jan2010, its almost 1 year, I think we will receive our medical before FEB. rite? Best wishes.

e-cas = rbvo
2nd aor = april 28

sent an email 3 weeks ago and got a reply from buffalo stating that file is in process and they cannot give an estimated completion time.

I wonder how much longer I had to wait before I received another letter from Buffalo as it took me almost 7 months already after I received the 2nd AOR...it's so frustrating to wait without knowing what was happening with your application...

Room3 and my applications are familiar timeline as yours, also almost 7 months since received 2nd AOR, we sent an email to ask current status of the application and both got "Your application is in process" answers, I think yours is the same, just we can not see it on CIC E-cas, I heard so many ppl even got their visa the E-cas still shows "received by visa office", so, dun worry, u will hear good news soon. ;D
