ADR Responded, Still No Update After a Month

I submitted my application at the beginning of 2025 (AOR in January). I received an ADR at the end of April, which I responded to, and I got an acknowledgment on May 1st.
However, there’s been no movement in my file since then — it’s been nearly a month now.
I called IRCC mid May to request the status of the documents, and they said they were well received, I suspected I could be on Review Required, but the agent on the phone said all I see is eligibility in progress.
Is anyone else in the same situation? If so, how was your file eventually cleared?

Hard to comment without knowing what you have applied for and what the ADR was for specifically. However what you are experiencing is relatively normal.

I applied for express entry FSW (French Category) Outland.
The ADR was to provide updated pof (transaction history for the last 6 months on the account, as well as what the donator does for a living).

In that case your timelines look very normal.

I am in a similar situation, got an ADR for PCC and after I submitted gckey updated to: June 6 we are reviewing the additional documents you provided, since then no update.

My background check has been: “we will send you a message when we start your background check” since I passed medicals in March.

i submitted Family Class application on November 21, 2024. Biometrics and Medical all done before Jan.24, 2025. March 18, 2025, we received request letter to provide additional police certificate (updated Chinese PPC and Japanese one). I submitted on March 21, 2025. Gckey account shows we are reviewing your additional docuents on April 22, 2025. I waited and waited, on June 13, I received pre-arrival letter, but June 24, I received another request letter for additional documents for the same Chinese PPC and Japanese PPC, I am really don't know what's happening, so frustrated....Any one know what causes this kind of thing happen? Appreciated
