Bowp Without Aor (bridging open permit)

Hello everyone,

I have applied for pr under pnp no restrictions on employment this near January and as everyone is informed Aor takes forever and my pgwp is expiring soon.
Did anyone successfully applied for bowp with aor and received their workpermit?

This is a very stressful situation for me, i will appreciate if someone can give input on this matter.

Hi Umirkh,

Could you please share with me some of your experiences? Did you get your BOWP without AOR?

I am in the same situation as you. I've got my PNP nominated letter without restrictions on employment and already submitted a PR application through Non-EE. I am a bit worried that it may take a while to get AOR after my PGWP expiration. But I believe AOR will come soon, no later than two weeks after I apply. If it is a possible way for me to submit a BOWP application without AOR first, and then add it by Webform once I get it?

In order to keep your process you must meet all criteria including having a legal status in Canada. If your visa expires, you are out of status and therefore will impact your application.
