I have a Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP) based on a PNP nomination. My work permit lists a specific city under “Employment Location,” but there is no employment-location restriction mentioned under the Conditions section of the permit.
Based on the IRCC Help Centre information below, my understanding is that for a PNP-based open work permit, the employment location should be restricted to the province/territory of nomination, rather than a specific city:

Has anyone had a similar situation where their BOWP showed a specific city, but they worked for an employer in another city within the same province?
Did you confirm with IRCC whether you were allowed to work anywhere within the province?
