hi , I have question i bonus someone from the immigration holder centre and he didn’t follow the rules and he’s not at my house anymore and the government sent me letter to pay promise money that’s $3000 but I’m not seeing due date on the letter how do I ot when I have to make the payment

Was this some sort of "bond" that you took for this other person to obey immigration rules? Are they an asylum seeker?
If they have absconded, I think that you are liable immediately.

Yup immediately doesn't mean couple days/weeks/months away. It means you have to pay it as soon as you get the letter. If you don't, you are in breach of your bond conditions.

Definitely not a bonus but a bond. That is quite an expensive friend or family member. Hope they now catch the guy who is trying to run away from CBSA. After running away he/she won’t be given other chances.
