I’ve found myself in an interesting situation.
I applied for common law sponsorship when getting ITA was looking bleak. I hired a consultant for that application.
After the consultant submitted the application, I also got ITA and decided to apply for that as well due to how long common law applications take. I applied for this without the representative. He’s awful at his job and I did not want to pay him more money for scamming me essentially.
I got my FD for EE on August 17 and was waiting for P1. For some reason the consultant got my P1 email.
He just sent me the letter and did not forward the email to me so I don’t know how to respond with P1 information. He also told me about the letter today ( Aug 22 ) and my P1 letter was issued on Aug 18.
I got the BIL directly to my email so again not sure why he got the P1 email.
Now he’s ignoring my calls. Other than contacting IRCC directly on Monday, are there any other options.
I’m stressing out because I didn’t want the consultant to have any interaction with my EE application as I’m sure he would blunder his way into getting me a rejection. Any help is greatly appreciated!
