Hello. I am using a representative and they received P1 for me but I had to reply myself. As I could not reply to rhe original email as it wasn't sent to me, my rep told me to create a new email. The P1 email instructs you to reply to it so I am wondering if creating a new email looks like an unsolicited email and is this why I have not received P2. P1 was 9th October
