GCMS notes take 30 calender days...if you go past Dec 1, then email them back and ask why you haven't received them yet...did you select electronic files or physical files on the form? Electronic files are 30 days...physical files much longer. Also, did you get the generic email response when you filed saying they received the email? And, did you pay the fee online?

You should get it soon then! If you don't receive it early next week, email them back.

We ordered CAIPS notes 6 weeks ago (electronic) and they still haven't arrived. Hopefully this week.

I'd try to contact them and see why its taking so long. It's not supposed to be more than 30 calendar days

So its been 4 weeks now since our AOR from Bogota, and still no request for the police checks either via email or courier!

They are working at snails pace in Bogota VO.

Any new news from anyone yet this week?

... I think I'm addicted to checking my email ::) Its been three weeks after my husband did his medicals and still nothing. Seems less and less likely that he's going to be here for Christmas this year :(

it has been 3weeks too since my wife did her medicals too and still nothing. It's not gonna happen in December. My best guess is February or March next year. I dont think they(VOs) will be working from the 24-31st of December. By february next year it will be exactly 12months for us since we started the whole process. so 17months posted on the cic web site is probably more practical timeline. There is absolutely nothing we can do other than wait wait and wait and waaaaaaaaaait!!!

We submitted our application in August of 2011, which is 16 months in December, but I heard they start counting from the date of the AOR which was in October of 2011 for us. It would be really crappy if they took the full 16 months until February but immigration is usually pretty concrete with their dates :( I was thinking of emailing but I don't think that would be much help. Looks like he'll be here in the new year from what I'm thinking :'(
