Bluedart Passport Pick up

Can any body tell what is this blue dart pickup means ??
As so far what I’ve got to know we can just submit passport directly to VFS office.

can anybody tell me is this true to submit directly

once you receive passport request, you need to raise webform to vfs requesting passport pick up. They are tied up with blue dart.

You cannot go to VFS office and submit...

Once you get PPR, you will need to fill this form https://vfs-cic.mioot.com/forms/PS/ for passport pickup & drop.
VFS has a tie up with blue dart for passport collection.

Do we need to include self-addressed return envelop along with other documents and passport while sending the courier to VFS?

Follow their instructions... you need to include SMS courier and return form signed, they will use that address and phone number when sending back. They will enclose everything in their own envelope.
