Hi Guys,
My birth certificate was issued in india. It doesn't include my name on it. Would it be acceptable. I read somewhere that i can submit the high school certificate with that as the proof of my age. Any comments.

Thanks

You can submit your 10th certificate with one of your parents name on it. You can also get an affidavit done from a Canadian lawyer. better to be safe than sorry.

thanks for the reply, but do you know someone who has done like that without any problem. Also what does the affidavit has to say.

I have done it myself and please refer to the below thread for the format of affidavit.
