Hello all,
I am sponsoring my spouse for the PR. I need to submit my spouse's birth certificate.
As her birth was registered in the year 2008, the local municipality in India has provided the birth certificate on a template where the regular context was mentioned in both English and local language byt my spouse's details are handwritten.
The ceritifcate has the local municipality's stamp, signature, provincial (state's) emblem.
My only worry is that the details of my spouse name, date of birth, parents names are hand written.
Please let me know if that is fine to submit to the IRCC.

Same situation was with me and my application was returned. I submitted a notarized affidavit in this regard and re-submitted.

Thanks for your response. Now my issue is resolved. I got a new birth certificate from e-seva(Andhra pradesh) center based on the existing one. The new birth certificate has all the information in printed format in both English and the regional language. Thank you
