You can raise case specific enquiry or highly recommend you call CIC as thats what worked for me. I raised multiple CSE's however only when i called them after 3 weeks and immediately on the next day i received by BIL.

Its completely normal.So just make sure you inform them.

Yes, I got my biometric letter after 10 days of my online application.

I did not recieved my instruction biometric letter from immigration canada I'm still waiting for it.

Hello there,

My application was submitted on July 5th and I still haven't received my BIL. It's frustrating!! I contacted the law firm working on my case and they'll be submitting a case inquiry soon. Hopefully, I'll get it soon!

I figure out how to pay for it but after a few months I received an refund and a explanation that it wasn't necessary. I don't even understand what happened.

Hi, my husband got it on the 9th of November and I raised the form asking about mine on the 11th and got it later on the same day.

Hello I have the same issue, I submitted my application as study permit, and my husband as OWP, I received a Biometric letter for my husband with 3 hours but to yet I didn't receive mine,
