can someone explain to me please what is this story of FBI PCC ? why you guys add it as additional document and not upfront ?
does it require a letter or something ?
This is for people who applied for the FBI PCC before the electronic system was launched. The processing time of 16 weeks implied that people would apply for the PR without their PCC and attach it later once they received the PCC via snail mail.

As fas as I am aware only an American citizen or a GC holder can apply for FBI PCC through a channeler.

I am stuck in IP1 too since Feb 21st :(. Below is my timeline.

FSW O (ITA Nov 15th 2017)
AOR - Feb 7th
ADR Submitted - Feb 14th (FBI PCC)
MEP - Feb 15th
IP1 - Feb 15th
RPRF request - Feb 21st
RPRF Fee paid 0 Feb 21st

NO update whatsoever after the RPRF fee paid. It is getting kinda annoying.

Hope you get an update soon.

Maybe it's the NOC : 2171 that makes us stuck ?

I am in 2171 too. But, it doesn't make sense since 2171 is a high demand occupation, if anything the process should be quicker for us.

Nothing to do other than waiting.

Did you order GCMS notes?
