Hey, all!

I got my PPR!!

Turns out that my application had actually been in NA that entire time, but the status never updated from IP1. I was going to give it 60 days From AOR before I contacted CIC, but then a week before my 60th day it cleared!

So don't give up hope! I've noticed this has been happening more so with U.S. candidates, but it could happen with others as well. I recommend giving it the 60 days before ordering notes or contacting CIC.

Best of luck!
Congratulations!

That must be an awesome feeling when you get the email... I guess I'll follow the advice and wait for my 60 days before I contact CIC

Oh good for you! That's a bit reassuring! I decided to wait 60 days as well before starting the next step. I'm still "stuck" almost a month after medicals

My bet is that this commonly happens for those who submit police certificate post-AOR (from countries which only issue PCCs upon a CIC request, or LoE submitted to extend for US...)
I know at least 3 cases with Singapore PCC showing this trend.

So here's my hypothesis: If all your PCCs weren't available to clear criminality check within a ~1week window after IP1, you'll not see NA2.

No I submitted the PCC pre AOR.

Same here. Stuck at IP1 all the time since June. I've never seen NA.

FSWO
AOR: 30 Mar
IP1: 01 Jun
Med passed: 06 Jun

2 calls to CIC asking where my file is:
12 Jul: at CIO Sydney
04 Aug: at LVO.
Ha Ha same happened to me .

FIrst call - We have kept your application aside and it is not in the queue as you submitted PCC later.
Second call - your are application is at LVO. we do not have any status about it.

Finally changed to Not Applicable

Hey all -

AOR June 26th
Medical Pass July 19th
BG has been in IP1 since July 19th....

Does this seem long to you? I've seen some go to NA same day as medical passed. But the longest I've seen was a week, MAYBE 2 weeks at most to go to NA from IP1. I'm over 2 weeks at this point...

Am I just being impatient? When should I be concerned?

Thank you!

Hey, congratulations! Quick question though, were you asked for an ADR (like a PCC) after you passed your medical? I am in a similar situation as you were and need to know all other similarities so i could anticipate my timeline accordingly. Thanks!

Hey, any movement for you yet? I might actually be falling under your hypothesis.
