Im on an IEC visa... so no way to renew it sadly..

Hi, I got invitation to submit the documents today, for the Employer section, they require:

1/ Copy of the valid Municipal Business Licence
2/ Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
3/ Company information
4/ Detailed job description
5/ Employer recommendation letter

Does anyone has the format/template for the number 3, 4, 5.

For 1 and 2, if the employer doesn't want to give me, does PNP staff accept if employer emails the documents to them directly. And how can I proceed/submit the application in that case (leave "N/A" in the input field ??)

Hi! In my case, they sent an email to me but also to my employer asking for docs. I think you should be able to email them and ask for an email directly to your employer asking for that docs.

But how can I leave those fields blank in the online form ? I can't submit the application if those fields are blank.

finally, I can get the municipality biz license, and cert of incorporation . But how to write the other documents:
- Company information

Earlier I applied for visitor visa in 2018 and it got refused not rejected.

In bc pnp application, they asked questions like have you been rejected for any visa? So i selected No as i got confused between Rejected and Refused as my visitor visa got refused not rejected.

So could anyone give any suggestions on my case.
Will it create any problems in my pr application? Is there anyway to notify reviewing officer about this misunderstanding?

I have a same case. Yesterday in the morning it shows "In Process" and now it's "Applied". Did you get any update after this status?
