Yes, but only occupations in TEER 0, TEER 1, TEER 2 and TEER 3 are eligible for both EE and non EE while occupations in TEER 4 and TEER 5 are only eligible for non-EE BC PNP Health Authority Stream.

Quick question here as I am planning to go through the same path once receiving my full time offer. How do you get the employer to fill out the employer declaration form and other documents. Do you reach out to your direct manager or is there a designate HR teams that will fill out those document for you ? Thanks
I work with interior health and I contacted HR Benefits and they sent my information to a recruitment assistant who provided me with everything I needed for my application
Any update ? Another question i'm having is that I am currently into 6 months of my contract and, given that I will be receiving my full time offer, do you think it s faster to apply for the pnp non-express entry stream, or wait another 6 months and go for bc pnp express entry? Thanks
No update yet! Still waiting. I am not an expert but If I were in your situation I would have applied as soon as I am eligible to apply in any stream. I saw someone’s non express entry timeline, they got the ecopr in 5 months. Rest is your decision. Good luck!
