Just a quick question, does CIC have access to divorce documents???
like for example documents filed by the superior court of justice in Ontario?

Good wish to all dear friends.

I want to clear my doubts please help

1 As per Administrative Data Releases Q3 September 2012, the pending FSW applications are 94,485.

I want to ask, are these pending applications 94,485 consists of Principal Applicants only or Principal Applicants + Dependents.

As the annual quota for the 2013 is 55,000 and this quota is for Principal Applicants or Principal Applicants + Dependents.

My doubt is if 94, 485 pending application are of Principal Applicants only then total applications becomes near about 2,70,000 by adding their dependents and if we see the average quota for lase three years it is around 55,000-60,000 every year then we have to wait for 5 years to clear this backlog.

So please reply that CIC issues 55,500 visa in 2013 to Principal Applicants or to Principal Applicants +Dependents. If they issue the 55,500 visa to Principal Applicants + Dependents then only 15,000 to 20,000 Principal Applications will be clear then it will take a long time for us.

I am very very confused for which docs i need to send?
they have asked me following updated request:

1. New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant.
2. Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669]
3. Supplementary Information - Your travels [IMM 5562]
4. New Additional Family Information Form IMM5406 for yourself and each family member over the age of 18.

there are 2 forms in CIC web site of Application for Permanent Residence IMM000.
one is Generic and second is schedule 3 Economic class.
please guide me which is to be sent to them?

Usually it signifies that ur security checks r clear too... u r good to go.

For me is not over why?

I did my medicals in November 2012 and was expecting PPR but yesterday received request for ''Proof of fund'' ? Another wait and dont know, when I will get PPR.

means u rcvd ur status line in ECAS that we have started processing ur application on june 2012 ...

& since then no update for MR or OTHER ocs requewst so far ?

On Application Please confirm is it mandatory to mention if you stayed out of your country on a family visits several times in USA or England and other countries but not more than six months?

Because from the forum i got to know if you mention it will take way more longer time for getting your background checks?

In my opinion it is good that every visa you had applied went through extensive security checks specially USA and visa was issued.

In immigration case it is other way round?

Please share your experience?

In the Schedule-A (B/ground Declaration Form, IMM5669E), link below, u r required to mention all ur overseas visits. U may write "traveling", "Visiting Friends", "Holidaying", "Business Trip" etc. as applicable.

Dear Qorax Sir,
I send my passport along with my medicals on dec 12, 2012. its almost 3 months now. In my Ecas it shows "Medical results have been received." It was updated on 2nd wk of jan and there is no date on that updation.
normally how long it will take to get back the passport with visa stamped? One of my friend got his visa in just 3 wks time. What will be the reason for delays?
