Hope you and your family will be fine. Dear Sir please could you give me some advice i have done my medicals last Aug. 2011 and in January i order caips there was written VISA NOTIFIED 9 NOV. 2011 and security chack was 3.
But up to now i did not received my PPR its been five months no news i am FSW2.

Dear Qorax,
Thank you very much. I just found one more thing in my GCMS report. I included bank statement from three different bank in terms of settlement fund at the time of my application. In the report VO mentioned only two where they showed 12000CAD but there was another bank statement which shows approx 9000CAD but VO did not mentioned in the GCMS. By the way I have to have 13837CAD and I showed 21825.83CAD in total at the time of my application.

Could you please advise me on this? What should I do? Please help me on this.

If your not FSW2 than you have to show VO that you have money according to family size check on CIC website.

I think you missed something buddy in my note. i did showed that i have 21825 cad by giving bank statement from three different bank. but vo mentioned only two bank. what can i do?

*The service agency might give u a concession over their fees, so it'd be wise to check with them directly, as someone else opined earlier to u.

quarax how common is to have Protected B
and or 16(1) C on GCSM notes.

Hi Qorax,

I renewed my passport in May 2011 and again submitted at CHC, New Delhi excluding new PCC. My medicals were expired on 23-11-2011. Background checks are still going on my file. I am unable to get the definite cause for massive delay in visa stamping.

Please suggest!!!

i filed case in april 2010 and ma ecase status has been changed into IN PRocess on 29 march 2012 with no details inside only one line is appearing that we have recieved your PR Application on april 28 2010.I s it ok or thing to worry..please reply fast.

Hello everyone,

CIO received my application 29th Feb.2012, credit card charged 9th March, 2012 and File number received 21st March, 2012 through email.

My application status is saying- In Process.

My Questions.

1. From on the 21st March, 2012 that I got my file number from CIO, how long will it take for the visa office to send me documents for my medical ?

2. What does In Process really means and how long does this process take approximately?

I applied on 29 Feb. 2012 and got PER on 21 March 2012.
Dear qorax My question is
During my Engineering education I discontinue my education for two times and worked as a sales man , I mentioned this gap in my application form and I attached the experience letter of this working to compensate this gap in my education , this gap in my education can effect my application or not ?
Second question is that spelling of my wife’s father name is incorrect on her BA degree , this can effect my application or not?

U r stuck with security checks. It's unfortunate but a few do get into that rigmarole.
