Your status is sooo normal. U should not be concerned at all. I just wanna let u know that the "Ghost email" in ur signature is not ghost email. We get emails after every update in our status and that is not ghost email. Ghost email means that there is no update in ur status and u got an email stating that ur application is updated.

Usually you receive an email 1 day after each update.However in some cases it doesnot come after exactly 1 day. So i say yes all ur emails are normal emails and ur application is going normally.
Ur app is: (1) AOR then email after 1 day (normal)
(2) Medical and Bg changed on 16 feb then email after 5 day (normal)
(3) Bg not needed then email after 1 day (normal).

U got email for each update and that is the way it works.
