My recently received proof of citizenship and I tried to apply for his Canadian passport and they are asking for consent form. Has anyone been through this situation?

Yes we applied without Aadhar, only with Indian Birth Cert. They send our file to PSU, but got the approval two weeks ago

Hi. We did apply only with birth certificate but yet they are still asking for another identification for the child. What should we do in this case? Did they ask you for any additional identification document? Will really appreciate your response.
