Applying Citizenship Certificate for baby born outside Canada from India

I need help with applying for Citizenship certificate for a new born baby from India. Both parents Canadian Citizens but we are currently in India. Can someone suggest on how to proceed as I am bit confused with either submitting the application Online or Offline in India?
