It depends.. there's really no time frame of when you will get it from the time of your app...

Am HCCP applicant Jan 2021 passport request was the last update.

I can see copr on my tracker since Ausgust 10th but I have no received any email yet...

If you mean after you've submitted proof of experience, minimum 6 months.
