It depends.. there's really no time frame of when you will get it from the time of your app...
what did u apply for if you don't mind answering ?

Am HCCP applicant Jan 2021 passport request was the last update.

Do you have access to tracker application or ecas? You can see where u at...
I can see copr on my tracker since Ausgust 10th but I have no received any email yet...
