It certainly depends on the program you're applying for but a few standard documents are: 1) Police Clearance Certificate; 2) Education Credentials Assessment; 3) Medical exam results; 4) Language proficiency test; 5) Biometrics results (sent electronically after using the barcode provided by IRCC).
