Average processing time in Toronto?

Hi Everyone,
Any idea about the average processing time if you apply from Toronto?
They started processing on Oct 14 2016 and still no response!
The CIC site show ( in Process )

I pretty much go to your way.
My application got to "In progress" in early Dec, now 2 months pass, there is no response.

I know my office is at St clair
 
And I called them at the beginning of this month, they said the average is 12 months.

That's nonsense,
has no help.

As most applications get finalized in 3-5 months.

Even we fall into non-routine, there is no people to explain delay and we have no clue how long it will takes.

pretty much the same timeline i have... and same waiting... like willzou not much help on phone call
 
you could always order your GCMS notes under ATIP to check status.
Or inquire via your local MP........

If you have not received anything after IP (for example finger print request), I guess you will not know your local office. I did call IRCC, agent did not tell me the local office but only said my file looks good. At least no sign of non-routine.
 
actually I received my FP after more than 1 month "IN progress",
I did it in 2 hours when I got the mail.
then waited for another 1 month, no any progress.
I know it's st clair
but nothing else
 
Hi willzou. I have the exact dates as you. Same date of aor and same date of in process. Still nothing after IP. I wonder why some people get it faster than others. I live in mississauga and i believe mississauga is my local office. How to know if we are non routine applicats?
