Thank you, but my parents are going to need help with oath ceremony when it comes to that?
Isn’t there going to be a conflict there that if they were not tech savvy/good in english, how did they complete online application themselves?

Has anyone else had a problem receiving a verification code when registering for the status tracker? I have been trying all day. It seems they have the correct email address, but I never actually received a code.

You can act as a representative for your parents' Canadian citizenship application by having them appoint you using the Use of a Representative form (IMM 5476). This form allows you to communicate with IRCC on their behalf. You must include the completed and signed form with their application to make it official (source : https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ication/application-forms-guides/imm5476.html)

thanks for the reply, I did not get the tracker email, however I am able to login now. I see Background verification DONE and others are in progress. So I guess the process of Prohibitions, Physical Presence, Language skills will take 1-2 months. So waiting game from here on !

Guys, i received the tracker email last week. I am creating a login for status tracker. I am unable to receive the Verification code on to my email address. I haven been trying it from 4 days. I checked my spam emails everything. But no luck, what should I do?
