Thank you, but my parents are going to need help with oath ceremony when it comes to that?
Isn’t there going to be a conflict there that if they were not tech savvy/good in english, how did they complete online application themselves?

Has anyone else had a problem receiving a verification code when registering for the status tracker? I have been trying all day. It seems they have the correct email address, but I never actually received a code.

You can act as a representative for your parents' Canadian citizenship application by having them appoint you using the Use of a Representative form (IMM 5476). This form allows you to communicate with IRCC on their behalf.
