My wife's application arrived on August 5th, but we have not yet received an Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR). Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Is there a way to check the status of the application? Thank you!

My wife received AOR today, she applied on August 5th, so if anyone else still waiting, be patient, it is coming soon.

Most of ppl here weren’t able to log in until they received a separate email from IRCC regarding tracker that usually follows AOR after a few days. I myself haven’t been able to do so yet and so far haven’t received the tracker email. That’s why I was asking. Seems it’s different for everyone some are able to create it sooner

No, I did not receive a separate email to create tracker. For reference, I received the AOR on October 10, 2025, and on October 15, 2025, I was able to create the tracker account (around 2 business days after AOR)

Finally received tracker email today 31 Oct (AOR 24 Oct) and was able to create a tracker account.

question, will the tracker account be only for Principal applicant or will be there be separate tracker accounts for dependents as well ?

You can create separate accounts for dependents as well including accompanying minors.

I want to apply for my parents but I am confused about the process. It says if its online application, then they need to complete it by themselves and Representative (myself) can only help with questions etc. my parents are not tech savvy and not good in English.
In that case, if i want to apply for them, do i have to do it on paper?

Use common sense here, help them fill everything and add yourself as representative.
