Is it True that approval comes in IST time, especially in evening ?? Heard from many folks

Approval Mostly Comes in ET time (Canadian time) cause in Canada working time is 9am to 5pm which is 7:30pm to 3:30am India time

leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel
for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable). (more than 20k Euro account, stable income + indefinite contract)
• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.
(10 days trip)

No need to reapply because next year I'll be able to apply for german citizenship.

Thanks GOD i got reciveed PPR applied on 9th sep 2022 on new portal 2 visits to Canada and usa valid visa pluss visits also have lot of travel history of other countries.Applied from Pakistan and pakistani citizenship
