@legalfalcon Many applications from 2020 are still in process for months. On the other hand 2021 applications are getting finalized in less than 2 months!!
Any thoughts on why IRCC is not processing applications in the order they are received? Any idea when they will process 2020 applications.
Immigration is based on law and not a first come first serve basis. Many factors such as application complexity, checks, the VO workload, etc. play a factor. As long as your eligibility is passed, you need not worry and it is just a matter of time.

what was the reason? Can you send the link of the forum?
I can’t find it. I just remember they initially passed Eligibility, then their file got transferred (from Ottawa to Vancouver), and the new VO rejected them on the basis of a missing LOE for work experience. Their request for reconsideration was also rejected and they had to submit a brand new application.

Hi
I have submit PR file for me and my spouse last week 22th july 2021 I am in canada on work permit and my wife is in india. Currently they are not giving COPR to outland dependent. I have 1 year and 2 months left in my work permit. Should i apply work permit for my wife? Or don't need to apply for work permit.

How much it will take time to get her work permit?

I have only 1 year left in my work permit so how much i have chances to get my wife's work permit?

Applicants like me join me in this chat please. Help me if know any solutions.

But no luck for Outland applicants it seems as of now
No they are getting PPR. First mail I guess inland applicant will get and next they will send PPR for outland. Logic here is Canada is allowing Tourists from sept 7th, so for sure Outland applicants will not have any issues.
