The answer is absolutely no and IRCC is making BS, my AOR is Aug 7th and I did not receive anything from my hardworking and responsible officer.

Same bro in addition my eligibility is still recommended pass and even my GU from the weekend is for the IRCC replying to my MP lol. IRCC is doing "so so so much work" rn and replying to all my webfroms is probably more work than approving my application already at this point.

Mine is 10th aug,nothing yet,am pnp Express entry with outland dependents,so I doubt they will process mine

FYI:

I recently got a new set of GCMS notes (nothing had changed of course), but these were in the new format, which is a much slimmed down version of the old style notes. So instead of the usual 100+ pages, I received 12 pages of notes.

Now i go back to having zero expectations of IRCC regarding my application. Stay safe and keep well everybody.
