I am looking for some legal advice regarding settlement issues in Canada.

Could someone please advise an attorney who can help with my questions. I am trying to seek phone consultation. I checked with canadavisa but they do not do paid phone consultations anymore.

Check the legal/lawyers association in your province of residence it should have a membership list and the areas of practice. Alternatively check the Immigration and Refugee Board/ Federal Court decisions and they will have details of the Counsel for the applicants (where they are the appellant vs CIC).
