Hello everyone just want to ask im under HSWP and with ongoing PR application yet my employer died the one who pay my salary but her wife the one i cared is still alive and the one who pay me now is the son since he had a power of attorney. what should i do? Do i need to inform the ircc? I want some advice and thank you in advance

You would need to update IRCC via webform to show the change of employer but the actual caregiving role has not changed. Would also attach proof of the son has power of attorney over his mother replacing the husband.
