when you call Customer care, does automated telephone caller telling you latest update as Pre arrival completed ? or final decision is in progress ?
Customer care representative informed assessment is over.
As far as decision has been made is concerned, I was informed by e-mail in reply to my query raised thru webform.

Hi everyone
There's some update:
Following Ministerial Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration of Canada on April 9, 2020, applicants can no longer submit an application for temporary residence in paper at the VAC. New Ministerial Instructions issued on April 29, 2020 have extended this measure until May 19, 2020. All applications for temporary residence must now be submitted online via IRCC’s website.

Does this apply for aipp work permits?

Don’t get confused with color copies and black & white copies. Its safe to send black and white documents as long as they are in good visible quality. The only color on the documents they want to see is the applicants signature by a blue or black pen(both acceptable). And the sign and stamp from the bank employee on bank letter.
Some banks have blue, stamps some have black stamps.

For previous relevant work experience-
Job reference letter which have your job duties matched with NOC on your endorsement, paystubs, old bank statements if your salary gets debited to your account, your certifications in your NOC you are or were endorsed in.(Original document can be printed on the official letterhead of the company)(IRCC will only need a copy)

Bank statement- Don’t print it yourself via web banking. Go to the bank and ask for your statement of account . Get it stamped and signed by the authorising person.
Hi! can you give me more information about the paystub?? thx
