But you don’t live in that country that has a war, you have PR elsewhere

Do you even have a hypothetical study permit ?

If you don’t whatever else you wrote is irrelevant

How long have you lived in Sudan, and when? If you haven’t lived there then you cannot show fear because you have PR in another country. What country do you live now?

Do you even have an approved study permit?

Since you have an approved study permit then claim asylum upon entry with proof of persecution. Show when you lived in both those countries with dates and proof. Since you are LGBTQ+ then show proof of relationships. Forcing into military service is not a reason. No one can tell you what will happen. No sense asking further questions on this forum as you have your answer. Get a lawyer instead.

In general I would expect that international students claiming asylum will be a target for IRCC because people are misusing both international student and asylum programs. Would monitor for any changes announced.

As others have said if you have an approved study permit/visa come to canada and claim asylum at the port of entry, or very soon after at an IRCC office. You have to bring/have evidence of persecution with you as you will need it for your asylum claim. If you are approved the process from asylum to citizenship will take at least 7yrs if not more, so be ready for that.
