getting job is not that easy .... it took me 3 years to get it .. that too because I have been working in US...

Chanderji this is very unfortunate that many Indian especially youngstars doesn't recognize the values of Mahatma Gandhi as they will just narrate one line "Sala Mosalmano ko yaha chod gya" and he got supermacy because of his non-violence moments. I repeat Loard Rama use weapon to kill Ravana but reversably Mahatma Gandhi defeated britishers without using any weapon.
I know many wont be agree with me including you and repeat the same line "Sala Mosalmano ko yaha chod gya"

Gandhi could have not got recognition and fame without the help of Britishers. Mahatma Gandhi suited them therefore because he was harmless to them and Gandhi became Mahatma. And also Gandhi suited the contemporary so called freedom fighters. Only Britishers gave importance to Gandhi for their own purposes. In the light of Mahatma the sacrifices (selfless) made by thousands of unknown freedon fighters were forgotten by the countrymen. Our real martyrs like Azad, Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev, Subhash Chandra Bose and so on were used to be called Terrorists by our own leaders at that time just to please the Britishers. And after independence, the world came to know that the real martyrs did not take with them even a penny and the so called freedon fighters have been looting the national assets right from 1947.

hi...how ru? Jus wanted some advice from ur valuable experience. If Iam able to aquire PR thro AE, when I land in canada n find a better job can refuse to work for the employer who offered me the job initially??

Yes. You are free to find another job. But make sure you dont sign a contract with him before quiting his job. These contracts are taken pretty seriously in these countries

I have seen many AEO cases geting rejected ... some on the basis of fake jobs .. some say u dont have enough experinece in your NOC or the job which is offered to you...
or some time they dont find the employer well worth of providing a job.

They should also be convinced that why is a foreign national being hired .. what is that makes him so special ...

well, my story is ... i have started my procces on 1 st july 2009 and after answering a bunch of CIC 's queries finally, i got AOR on 23 rd march 2010 ( after 10 months!)and now my file is with New delhi.. Even though, I am being sponsored by a million dollar company and I have been working in US from last three years in the same field I faced enough problem while getting AEO and AOR from NS.

In my opnion cases with AEO are scary and takes longer than any other case

Iknow Many people still wating for their 1st AOR as It takes longer time then normal simple immigration...one of my friend is wating for his AOR for about 5 months

I also applied with AEO but I got my first AOR in less than two months. I am studying in Canada, have some internship experience here and have more than 2 years related job experince in Korea. So I dont think AEO makes AOR take longer...


BTW, now I am preparing full document for more than 2 months. lol. So dont waste time like me!

Simon it is strange on your part by the way r u using consultant or doing your on, because my consultant has assured me of maximum 2 months for the AOR and 3-4 months for getting clearance from HRSDC.
What does u mean by fake job?
Well according to my experience it all depends upon case to case some time the garbage case (like many from Punjab) gets clearance at the same time some creamy cases struck.
You will believe two of my known person applied for the work permit (which is more tough compare to PR as they have doubts that the candidate won’t be coming back) that in the field of Cleaner which is not demanded in Canada one get refusal because he was unmarried and the other is in Canada right now because he was married.
Therefore, I think there is no set of a rule who will succeed and who doesn’t.
Well Patience and keep on trying will be the basic mantra
