Arranged Employment (AEO) HRDC

I got AEO in april 2009 and send my complete case in July 2009.Yet no response from CIC N.Delhi.AEO is very slow process as compared to 38 categories.Also one concerned told that rejection rate in AEO is high as cic is suspecious on AEO cases.Pls comment all.

BTW I want to say that my NOC 7265(Welder ) also in 38 category...& I have also a Job Offer from Canadian Employer...

My quires are

Can I apply under FSW1 instead of FSW2. ?

can visa officer gives the priority to my case as like fast track skilled worker program ?

It looks that ur chances r bright as ur profession is in the 38 category and to plus u have job offer, yes if u score 67 marks without job offer, go direct

Dear all,
Good day to you all.i wanted to share my experience with AEO.i have applied for skilled work category on aug 2009 as accountant and secretary but accountant fall under 38 list.and my accountant job was my previews one ,and current job is secretary .and i received my document request on October 2009 and i submit all my documents except ielts on jan 2010 i got in ielts 8 out of 16 and i submitted my ielts on feb 2010 after deadline with arrange employment letter copy because my employer sent my application to service Canada on 13 feb 2010 and it will take 10 to 12 weeks for approval my migration office sent my ielts score with job offer letter ,cover letter explaining of giving Extension till i get my aeo approved.

is any one have same experience here ..

First of all let me tell the occupation you have is the most demanded occupation in the Canda... You have plus point being a most demanded occupant...
Second thing is that ....what do you have just job offer or an approved HRDC...??
third... what sorts of welder you are... how much is your expereince...and qualification let me must know...as I am also a welder and my case is under process...
