can you suggest me on this

I just dispatced docs to my consultant in canada and he will check and dispach it to New delhi on 2nd April.
I am guessing that it will reach new delhi by 8th or 9th April.

My only concern here is all my PCC'S will expire between April 11th - 18th. So, my question would be if CIC receives
package a day before or after my first PCC expires .. will that be ok for them? Do they consider that?

I have five PCC's (All US states) and one form India.

However we are not to discuss the matter on this form,but you don't know the history that why he was killed by Great Man Nathu Ram Godsey.Its the hidden fact which most of the indians dont know but its the truth(100%) which only few people knows.Its why i hate Mahatama Gandha.Dont mind pls.Why not photos of Raj Guru,Bhagat Singh,Chander Shaker etc are given on indian currency.

if u just applied it few dayzz... back ... then take a chill pill .. just relax it will take 2-3 months ...

Don't worry much .. i dont understand why do u wnat to see it ... its just a document with case officers details ( who approved your AEO) and all the stuff related to your job offer letter.

If U had applied for AEO few days before it means u got ur job offer first, Yes it takes 3-4 months according to my consultant to get approval and if one got AEO that doesn't mean that he will surely got visa but yes half the job is done.

In my view, PR with AEO is a long and tiring process ...

I am in this process from last june .. i applied for AEO in june 2009 and got it on 15th Oct. Then sent my docs to NS in NOv but didnt get AOR .. they returned my file with a query on job.
Then I again applied in Feb and now got AOR in march .....
I am now collecting docs for New Delhi ... Its been 10 months which is the overall time line for any other FSW case!

With my timeline u will get a good idea how PR with AEO works ... its a risky task .. keep that in mind ...
and you need to be patient ... and always make your employer aware of your situation ....since CIC calls your canadian employer for verification again and again

i got medicals in 1.5 month.... And my ielts score in reading 5.5, list- 6.5, speak-6.5 and in writing- 6 band...and overall 6. Band....and in points i got 10 points for immigration....

I got AEO in april 2009 and send my complete case in July 2009.Yet no response from CIC N.Delhi.AEO is very slow process as compared to 38 categories.Also one concerned told that rejection rate in AEO is high as cic is suspecious on AEO cases.Pls comment all.
