Are transcripts necessary for EE?

I got master degree in France and has ECA certificate, but the school cannot send me transcripts.
Is it ok to submit EE application without transcripts?
I’m so worried right now.

Degree certificate + ECA is required.
Transcripts are optional.

I was met with the same problem, lost my transcripts

but still have my diploma and also the ECA certificate , uploaded them both, so far i've passed medical and A10 completion, so it seems fine...

i am sorry it's R10 , for completness , it's not A10 lol

because my medical is marked as pass , and i received the BIL letter for biometrics, usually at this stage R10 is passed, although they may ask me to submit more documents later but we'll see.

i know a few of my friends submitted WES certification and just scanned copies of their degree/diploma , they all got their PR just fine.

Education Transcripts sometimes asked separately if CIC needs that at the time documents upload. If they didn't give that option at the time of document submission then it's fine.
