Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone can clarify this for me — I’ve been getting mixed advice!

I hold a Master’s degree from Canada, so I meet the education requirement for Express Entry without needing an ECA. However, I also have a non-Canadian Bachelor’s degree, but no ECA for it.

My questions are:
  1. Since I’m claiming CRS points only for my Canadian Master’s, do I still need to get an ECA for the Bachelor’s?
  2. If I don’t get an ECA for the Bachelor’s, do I still need to declare it in my Express Entry profile?
  3. On the IMM forms (specifically the Education History and Personal History sections), do I still have to list my non-Canadian Bachelor’s, even without an ECA?
Thanks in advance!
