Finally got an update !! I just received my oath invitation (over 4 months after the test).
Ceremony scheduled on Feb 3rd 2020 in Montreal !

I hope IRCC Winnipeg will send the oath taking ceremony invites soon for the remaining three April 2019 applicants. Thank you...

I am also applying from Sarnia but no feedback yet since application went into Progress in August.

Looks like it is a minimum of 12 months from submission to test invite date looking at the London office trend.

Thank you very much for your reply! Do you know if we have to go to London for the test, interview and oath ceremony, or can we have them in Sarnia instead?
I'd appreciate your opinion in advance hope we will here something soon
