Get the visa after you pass the medical?

This is kind of weird. When my wife who is PA logged into her GCKey account. Under the Application Status, one of the updates says "We are reviewing your medical results". But she has not even received Medical Request yet so how they can see the results as she has not even done it. Application was received on April 19 and just received AOR1 on May 25.

We have requested a medical exam. Check your messages below for details.

Hello , i called CIC today and the rep walked me through lwhat i have figured is she told me to put SINGLE instead of MARRIED . Because CIC has entered wrong status of mine being married. Now , i linked my application successfully. I am seeing " medical has been requested but my husband didn't receive any email as of yet. SO my question is should he book an appointment to doctor or should he wait untill he gets an email with details from CIC , please advise. Thanks

The doctor needs the number that's on the medical request form to be able to submit your file.

Perhaps send a web form inquiry to ask for the form to be re-sent

Please carefully check your log in information, you must have made an error/ typo. It happens when one or more of the log in info you enter is incorrect

I have rechecked everything.Its correct.I used my client ID to login earlier and it went through and showed that file has been received on 30th April 2018.And since then I have been using same info to check status if application.Perhaps it might take some time for them to issue File number or they may be updating information regarding file.Haven't received AOR1 yet.

File was received in Mississauga Office on 30th April

I would like to inquire about your tracker entry. It says that your application was received by the CIC on May 20, but that you received AOR on June 2. How exactly is that possible? You don't get AOR in 2 weeks. Are the dates on your tracker correct? If not, then please make corrections, because it skews the data in the tracker and gives others incorrect information.

I am ..Im a bit ahead of you though timeline wise..but not ahead in progress. April 18, app rec'd, AOR May 25, PCC request May 27, PCC uploaded, May 30..nothing since. PA (husband) is in Philippines and I am a canadian citizen but was born in the Philippines.

No one can say. So many variants. You can look for your local vo thread and review trends there. We passed ours and a yearlater got ppr. Good luck
