Here's what they asked me.

Interviewer: What's in the large bag?
Myself: All my drivers logs to prove my border crossings in relation to my physical presence calculator.

Interviewer: Yes, your calculator is the longest I've ever seen, how did you keep track of it all?
Myself: With these log books, a continuously updated spreadsheet I maintain and a diary of personal border crossings I make in my car.

Interviewer: Do you own your home or rent?
Myself: Rent.

Interviewer: Are you married?
Myself: Yes I am.

Interviewer: Is your wife a Canadian citizen.
Myself: Yes she is, she was born here.

Interviewer: Do you have children?
Myself: Yes, and told them their ages etc

Interviewer: Would you say that your physical presence calculator covers ALL your absences from Canada?
Myself: Yes, it does.

Interviewer: Where have you worked in your five year reference period?
Myself: I told her, it matched my application and she seemed happy with that.

And that was it, I went to DM the next day. The whole time they ask questions and you answer, they're either writing down what you tell them, or ticking boxes etc on their paperwork.

Added but some follow-up questions:

1.) Where are you applying from?
2.) Is it a single application or part of a family application package?
3.) How many Physical Presence days did you have?

Also, you won't actually see the notes change to say "We made a decision on Dec 10, 2018" or anything like that; generally, the Decision Made dates are just when you notice it changed to that status. The notes that get added next is the Oath Invitation so here's hoping it arrives quickly!
