I submitted our completed application last March 28, 2018. The problem was I did not check online for the updated forms for minors. Are they going to return back our application package and mark it as INCOMPLETE? Thank you! Good luck to all of us!

The minor form has been updated (again), I filled out one for my sister 4 weeks ago, and had to make few corrections so I downloaded a new one today and there is minor change in the first page. if you are applying and haven't sent yours yet, it is better to check

Do you know when this was updated? I think the change is asking for UCI number. while the old one did not have this question.
I sent the one without the OCI number application signed on 01 Apr 2018.

I have the same issue. I think they updated the form during the last 2 weeks of march (includes the UCI now). The one I sent does not have this question (5 A.)
Not sure if they will return the application for this.Every thing else looks the same.
