Does anyone have a list of IMM or forms that need to be completed? So far I have these:

Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking (IMM 1344) (PDF, 442.21 KB)
Document Checklist (IMM 5491) (PDF, 878.79 KB)
Sponsorship Evaluation (IMM 5481) (PDF, 584.73 KB)
Sponsor Questionnaire: (IMM 5540) (PDF, 1.07 MB)
Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union (IMM 5409), if applicable (PDF, 636.51 KB)
Use of a Representative (IMM 5476), if applicable (PDF, 648.31 KB)

Theres one more supplementry form in ur regions guide ... u need to include that also

this part might be slower, but you are one of the lucky ones that knows they will get sent to Ottawa!

Me too but for AOR. Nothing again today...

apply for gcms notes after getting sa because we have seen application being send to different vo than it was mentioned in the sa mail....just for the peace of mind....

My wife is in Germany as PR (10yrs), I received SA email on Thursday (19th) indicating my application is forwarded to CPC Mississauga (I expected either Vienna or Ottawa). I am waiting for the letter of SA to verify. If same, then should I call or wait for VO to contact me or request for GCMS? Thanks

If you received SA by email, you won't receive it by mail (it would be unlikely). You can go ahead and request GCMS notes at any time.
