It really varies. Historically it should come with the MR or a couple weeks after the MR. Then there was like a month in some other applicants. But truly it depends on your situation and VO handling your case.

I have received my medical request on 5th Nov 2015 and get it done by 20th Nov 2015. I can see my status online that medical has been received. I am expectiong email for RRPF but have not received any thing so far. Do you have any updates ? I also sent my CEC application on 14th Apr 2014 and AOR received on 8th May 2014.

I am also claiming for experience that I had with a Quebec-based company. When I applied, I attached a cover letter stating that I will be staying in Montreal only until the end of the last school year. So last June we moved to Ontario and I changed my address on file in CIC. Last November, I received a letter from CIC asking me to explain that I am trying to live outside Quebec as stated on my cover letter when I applied and to fulfill the CEC requirement. I sent the lease contract of our apartment here in Ontario, OHIP cards and my kids' report cards to prove that they are enrolled in Ontario. After that they just asked for an updated form for my child who just turned 18. So I assume that the issue with living outside Quebec was already solved.

Try sending proofs to CIC that you are indeed in India and your intended place to stay in Canada when you land.

Thanks, I will send scanned pages of passports, Details of employments in India. A cover letter as suggested by iamelle.
And need to apply PCC I India as I was still waiting for PCC applied in BLS Canada Montreal which is still in processing after 10 months

I will send details to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca, is it correct?

I think you can provide the passport stamped entry/exist copy as well as Indian salary slips where you are working, proof of family etc.

You can do two things
1) Scanned all the stuff and send it via email to CIC
2) Send hard copy to CIC with all details and provide cover letter to explain your situation + PCC of spouse

Before they will make any decisions, you should have to intimate them.

No updated for me as well. Still waiting for RPRF. My GCMS showed that they are still doing my Criminality then Security. This might take some time.

I have requested too because there is no update after November month. However, my older GCMS note has mentioned that recommended passed.

But, it was stuck in security as 'Not Started'.

I couldn't resist the idea of taking a look to the April 2013's thread and see if they received PPRs in January. Surprisingly, around mid-January, many of them received PPRs which makes me feel hopeful that good news will finally come over around January - February for us

Well, that's unfortunate, but check that April's 2013 thread. Some of them received MR around mid January and landed in February / March. Check this timeline (from another user):

Date filed: April 27,2013
Date receive: April 29, 2013
AOR receive: June 13, 2013
Medical request: January 21, 2014
Medical done: Feb 8,2014
Request passport: Feb 18, 2014
Landed: March 2014

Hi Friends,

I have a question, if you can answer it.

My Open WP is expiring on Jan 23,2015. I applied for BOWP for myself and for my wife and approved today.
Now I want to know Do I need to informed CIC about this as they might not have copy of my BOWP in the file.
Do you guys think I need to send CIC a copy of BOWP once I receive hard copy?

Veeru I think Maxmoor is right at this point of time. I check the excel Sheet for April 2013 and found that most of the people received MR or RPRF or PPR after Mid Jan to End of Feb.

Be positive I know everyone is waiting for their turn including me .. hahaha,, LOLzzz..
