Don't think so, the admin is notified, and then s/he takes the appropriate action. In this case it's just to merge them. I've managed forums before. It's very easy to do this. Just check mark both threads and click merge. Done. All posts become one thread.

I sent my application from India on 26th March by Fedex. Estimated delivery was 1st April. But online tracking shows that my package is still in Goffs, NS and the last update was on 31st March. They promised delivery in 4 days, today is 8th day. I don't understand whats going on with Fedex. Howz the weather in NS? No notifications in Fedex website about possible service interruption...

I see no change in IELTS score.Correct me if i am wrong?
